Many restaurants believe that a lot of cream blends well in creating a good salmon tartare, but here at La Petite Mangue, we believe in using very few great quality ingredients to actually bring out the taste of the salmon instead of drowning it with other flavours.
We’ve paid attention to making a special selection of the freshest Asian ingredients and blending them with the perfect amount of Mango and Salmon to create a distinct dish that will surely stand out with our clients.
