It doesn’t contain gluten. Rice has been used in making noodles, flour and so many other products. To season, among hundreds of spices and herbs, we also use soya sauce. Recently, we start seeing more and more gluten free options for this popular item in many grocery stores. Fish sauce is another great alternative that we cook with on regular basis. It adds a great bold flavor to a dish. As for Asian desserts, when clients are allergic or are on gluten free diet, we use fresh fruits with coconut milk and palm sugar to create a wonderful fruit salad. We also work a lot with combining rice and sticky rice flour with fruits or beans or other fresh produce to create a sweet treat. One of the most popular sweets we offer is pumpkin square with coconut milk. We also offer a variety of gluten free cakes.
